Tuning XML Pub 5.6.3 within EBS

Have a customer running a large invoice/bursting/print report from within EBS.  They are asking for advice on how to tune the performance of this particular report - 60K invoices generated/published/printed.  Any direction we can give them would be appreciated.  For example, can we direct the processing of this report to its own server, how?  Can we put in memory parameters on the submitted job (I think so, just need confirmation, and direction).
