how to find whih program updated item

We have multiple items that show updated every day. In inv.mtl_system_items_b table, the last_update_date changes every day and last_updated_by is scpadmin. Many programs that run daily got scheduled under name scpadmin. The last_updated_by only shows the item is updated by scheduled program but cannot identify which program did the update. Is there is way to find it out?
