Hello!

We've encountered the following problem.

We have a report made in OBIEE 11.1.1.6 in BI Publisher and then updated till OBIEE 11.1.1.7.131017. It is an Excel template report which is scheduled to email every morning. It is rather simple - just a table without any complications. The only thing in that we used was Excel build-in conditional formatting option. Each table column has a flag column (which is hidden) and the main column is colored depending on the value of the flag. The report at first contained about 100 rows only and the number was continuously growing. The report has been working fine for about
