How to start a VM that manage the same server where this VM resides

Hi,

     I was wondering if any of you have this scenario, I have one OVM Manager ver. 3.2.8 (virtual) installed on a standalone OVM Server ver. 3.2.8

the questions are:

     Suppouse that the server had a Failure, for whatever reason is power off, when the problem has been fixed you wanted to start the OVM Manager

in order to start other VM´s. - How to start a VM from OVM Server Command Line?

      I read that OVM utilities can make this thing, but they run over OVM Manager (that is up and running). the question here is oriented to ask how
