R12.1.3 : Errors during RTI patch 18590949 : No metadata entry META-INF/JRIMETA.DAT found

Hello,

In the main adpatch log file the following errors appeared.  I have read https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=459832.1note 459832.1 which covers this topic as to how to fix the problem, and running the info scrip from there specified some JAVA mismatch problems, however I need to know if this is something that could damage the system and we should resolve it before applying to Live or if it can be left until a better time to resolve?  I have attached the output from that script and the patch log file.
