In OBIEE 11.1.1.7 first time I open a BIP report from dashboard get Unauthorized Access Message, in

In OBIEE 11.1.1.7 first time I open a BIP report from dashboard get Unauthorized Access Message, in bi_publisher see this error Authentication error. Invalid session ID or Session Expired;. Close window and try again then no errors for rest of session.

This happens for multiple users, only 1st time opening BIP report from a new browser session. What would cause this, have access to My Folders in catalog. Thanks in Advance..
