R12.1.3 AR Standard receipt the apply form does not open. No error shown as well.

We have upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3. I am creating manually standard receipt. After entering all the header information on the receipt trying to open form to apply. Neither "Apply' nor 'Search and Apply' button works.

Highly appreciate your help.
