RTE Images in Case Notes Emailed hangs environment
Has anyone experienced this behavior?
We have recently upgraded to CRM 9.1 with bundle 12 and are on PeopleTools 8.53.12. When text, along with an image, is copied and pasted into a Case Note and Saved, and then the Case Note is emailed, it hangs the environment. The processing...please wait wheel just spins. Without Rich Text Editor (RTE) enabled, you can copy and paste as described and the image is removed when you paste. With RTE enabled, the image is pasted but it displays a box with and "X". Images added using the RTE upload image feature and saved to the server works without issue.
