when data in rcv_transactions is created

Hi, there are some transaction

data exists in rcv_transactions table for the some of PO , but not exists in RCV_RECEIVING_SUB_LEDGER

My understanding is , when receipt is created ,then both  rcv_transactions table and RCV_RECEIVING_SUB_LEDGER tables are updated

Please confirm
