I/O domain going to transit state

Hi,

I am having a T5-4 Sparc Server.

I have created an alternate I/O domain with 2 PCIe.

When ever the primary domain getting reboot I am able to sustain other guest domain and I/O domain.

And if I shutdown alternate I/O domain still able to sustain all guest domain.

But the problem is when I am trying to bring up the I/O domain its always goes to transit state until the following.

1. Shutdown/stop all guest domain.

2. Shutdown/stop alternate I/O domain.

3. Unbind both alternate I/O and all guest domains.

4. Bind the alternate I/O domain and start.
