FNDPTREE.sh processes kept generating on concurrent node of EBS 11i instance

Dear Sir/Madam,

FNDPTREE.sh processes kept generating on concurrent node of EBS 11i (11.5.10.2) instance, which exceeded the limit of total number of process a OS user can own. These processes were killed manually. The issue seldom happens and is not reproducible. SR was sent to Oracle Support previously, but there was no findings. We have no clues as why such event occurred.

Should anyone encountered such issue previously and got a fix, please kindly let us know, thanks a lot.
