OTM REPACKING + LOAD CONFIGURATION

HI,

We are 6.3.1 version. We are working on repack functionality for repacking the pallets from ship units. However, I have come to realise that while repacking the pallet, OTM does not honour the maximum l, B, H of the pallet. Even if Order release ship unit has one of these dimensions higher, but total cubic capacity well in the range of pallet maximum cubic wt, volume then OTM will plan the boxes into pallet.

Am I required to use load configuration for making sure that Ship unit dimensions are adhered to when doing the repacking?

There is an additional question, I need to use the stackability of boxes to not exceed certain layers on the pallet  while repacking - Do I go with load configuration for this functionality too.

Howdy, Stranger!
