Enterprise Asset Management Linear Assets functionality

Hi Guru's

I am looking at the enhanced functionalists for Oracle eAM R12.2 and I came to know about Linear Asset Management which is liked to Google Map. When I query with an Asset Number "Bay 1" and Map All the map is displayed only for a second and disappears with only Asset Number details displayed. Kindly help me in this..Do I need to contact Oracle...
