Patch 7023348 : Invalidates APXINWKB.fmb

Hi All

While applying the 7023348 Patch I get the issue ERROR generating form "forms/US/APXINWKB.fmx" from input file
/u05/DEV/appldev/devappl/au/11.5.0/forms/US/APXINWKB.fmb
