Alert: Possible IB Trxn SubType Corruption Caused by Depot Repair Consolidated Patches

When applying one of the below patches to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 file csitxnst.ldt version 120.8.12010000.12 is applied, which can corrupt Installed Base Transaction Subtypes data by introducing either duplicate Installed Base Transaction subtypes or it can change setup of user defined Installed Base Transaction subtypes.

Customers who are have been affected need to raise a Service Request with Oracle Support to analyze the situation and get a datafix from Development to fix the corruption in Installed Base Transaction Subtypes.

Typically, the issue comes to the surface during patching, when the worker that is running csitxnst.ldt fails and has an error like this in the log:
