How Text Search For Assets work [ID 855924.1]

Hi Team,

I ma looking for the Option for working with text search in Asset Number page in 12.2.3. It is greyedout and when looking for options of enabling it, got this note-id. But this is not present and not able to see the details present in this noteid. Please help me on, what is noteid referring and content in this note Id.
