Can not find bank account values using pay in full option???

  Hello,

  I am currently setting up a new instance for accounts payable, During cycle testing i am unable to pay an invoice because when i select the bank account field it comes with no entries although i made the setup of cash management ,legal entity ,operating unit , Rules and rules inheritance and User management
