weblogic 12c sso configuring

Problem :

1. Have to install WLS & configure SSO (via ohs)

2. to configure SSO, i need the WLS domain to be JRF enabled

but i am unable to upgrade it.

I have installed WLS using : fmw_12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar ( & ohs using fmw_12.1.3.0.0_ohs_linux64.bin)

(latest jdk 1.8 used)

I have followed following link:

but it didnt help. Can some one guide me the versions of WLS, ohs i need to install & steps i need to follow (for SSO enabling WLS) ?

I tried again, when installing ohs using : fmw_12.1.3.0.0_ohs_linux64.bin . i get following error message:
