Login name and password problem even if database configuration is successful with missing configurat

We tried to install P6 v8.3.2 stand alone on SQL server. SQL server successfully work. However we could not see configuration option correctly for admin login information. Even if this section does not show up. we can complete primavera database configuration. And when we open the Primavera project managemet, it request login and we write admin but it does not accept.
