Advanced Query setting 'Run when Selected'

Hello All,

I am looking for where/how to set the default value for the 'Run when Selected' checkbox in Advanced Queries.  We had a user create a bad query which they chose as 'Default'.  They didn't notice that 'Run when Selected' was checked.  The query caused significant performance issues on our system several times as they tried to get back into the form to turn it off which fired it multiple times.

I am looking for the option to secure that checkbox and/or uncheck it initially so they have to think about it if they want it to run automatically.
