We have customer addresses with a geometry status of DIRTY that do not tax correctly in AR.

We have customer addresses with a geometry status of DIRTY that do not tax correctly in AR.  In the invoice "Detail Tax Line" zone the Place of Supply defaults to POA but we are in the US and expect it to say SHIP_TO.  In addition to that, the tax regime, jurisdiction etc... are not derived from the customer shipto but instead look like they are defaulted somehow.

What do we need to do in order to fix this ?

Is there something missing in the customer address that makes the address DIRTY ?

Is there set up in the "Trading Community Manager" that would make the addresses DIRTY ?
