Unable to generate invoice for closed line

For closed order we are unable to generate invoice. The lines were first stuck in mtl_transactions_interface with closed period error. Now we have opened the period and run the workflow background process job. But these lines are not loading in ra_interface_lines_all table. Can you pleas help?
