12.1.3 - Field Service Manager

I created a custom responsibility for Field Service Manager, but the users are unable to access the SR tab in Contact Center.  The tab is displayed but when you click on it the system just spins.  There is no exclusion that I can see that would cause this.  I did notice we excluded Access Task Tab, yet we can still see it under the responsibilities.

Ideas?
