How to correct Agent Clock Synchronization Offset Problem?

Hello

This is Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.3 on rhel5 x86_64.  The repository database is RAC 11.2.0.2, running on the same cluster as the OMS.  The OMS is not HA.

There is one agent listed under the Agents Clock Synchronization Offset page.  The "Heartbeat At" is reporting a date and time in the future, but the host itself returns the correct date and time, which is the same one as the OMS host.   How do I correct the discrepancy?
