Creating I/C records through FUN Interface

All,

Have any of you used the FUN interface to create inter company batches systematically ?

We are thinking of inserting records into FUN interface to programatically create AGIS batch and thereby let AGIS create journals in multiple ledgers. With that said, could you address the following possibilities thru FUN interface ?

1) There is an existing SLA TAB defined to default COA during Manual AGIS batch creatio. Can we over-ride that programatically ?

2) The default source for importing AGIS transaction is Global Intercompany. Can we change that to Global Intercompany_New (custom source) ?

We are open to make customization to meet that need.
