Remove WIP Note :- No labor rate found for this employee

Hi,

We would like to stop the below note “No labor rate found for this employee” from appearing every time an employee is applied to a WIP job resource. Does anyone know if this is possible without customization?

The reason the note appears is because we do not control the cost by the individual Employee, instead we use the Resource Unit Cost defined against the actual Resource. This saves us having to maintain the same rate against every employee.
