Patch 10111967 hangs on adpcpcmp.pls even after 17 hours

Hi All


While applying the 10111967 Patch, I get FAILED: file adpcpcmp.pls on worker 3 for product ad username APPLSYS and FAILED: file adpcpcmp.pls on worker 4 for product ad username APPLSYS.. Moreover, it took about 17 hours to complete.
