I supplier portal personalization

Hi SMEs

We have 11i ISP. I have seen we are using responsiblity Isupplier portal Full accsess. We want to default some prefix in the ASN shipment number. But the personalization level showed Master org OU  and responsibility is common Isupplier portal Full accsess. How can i do pesonalization to particular OU. Is there any inherrent restriction to creare responibility based on OU? how can we manage this form personlaization required for particular OU.

Any help would be appriciated.
