OPEN RESETLOGS does not really create a new Incarnation of 11.2.0.3 DB?

Hello Experts,

I happened to discover this strange thing . I first restored an incremental backup set in which my extra tablespaces were there, it had a control file backup as well. I restored that backup set along with the controlfile. So, opened a database with RESETLOGS. After that I restored the very first Full backup set in which none of the extra tablespace was present. I could restore without any RMAN error. In both the cases I checked the incarnation as follows.

C:\Users\Administrator>rman target /

Recovery Manager: Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production on Mon Aug 18 09:43:53 2014
