Can EAM Self Service Assets Simple Search Screen Be Modified.

Hi Team,

As per the above mentioned document I am trying to add Asset Description to the search criteria. But as per the step 2, in the Document - personalization screen doesn't have the create icon to create a new item called Description.

Can some one please help on this.
