Hi team i have question regarding API

I have used the oe_order_pub.process_order API to create substitute line in ship confirmation.

But i have got error API Failed while Creating Substitute Line. ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_UOMInvalid unit of measure for this item”

could you please help me in the same.it was little more important it would be greetful if you provide soultion for the same
