Charge lines "In Progress" are not getting submitted for Field Service Task

Hello,

Debrief lines were generated from Field Service task in "In Progress" state. Not sure why. To my knowledge, user did not click on Auto-Generate. I have seen these getting generated randomly at times.

However, this time around, when we completed the Task for some reason the lines were not completed. So I requested the users to change Task and Task Assignment Status to Assigned and then complete it again.

Now instead of changing the In Progress line to Actual, two new lines were generated as Actual.

While I can submit the Actual lines, the In Progress lines are stuck and I cannot edit those anymore including unchecking OM Interface or zero .
