APXAMEXGLTRX module: American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program

Hello fellow guru's: Has anyone tried using the new AMEX credit card transaction loader file?  We are implementing iExpense but I am having difficulty with the program.

i would really appreciate any feedback you could provide.

Specifically, I have a secure directory via File'zilla. I connect to the AMEX server and can see the files. I run the APXAMEGLTRX process but it says the file cannot be located, or it says the Market Code and Customer Account are incorrect.  I have the values for both from AMEX and have tried changing them along with bouncing the server and clearing the cache, but nothing works.
