Default the benefit enrollment date to the efective date.

I need assistance with  a new benefit set up. When using enrollment with eligibility, the enrollment date is defaulting to the date set in the eligibility. I need it to default to the effective date that is entered in the Enrollment with Eligibility screen.

I do believe this is controlled by entering an enrollment parameter but I can't get it to work. I do have mandatory and optional plans in the benefit group.
