ALL RECORDS FAILED AFTER LINE VALIDATION

Hello All

We have a custom program which inserts records into the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE  and calls the API inv_txn_manager_pub.process_transactions to process the transactions.  We get the above error occasionally.  Unable to pinpoint where it could be causing this.  Checked to make sure all the transaction types, acct ids etc are active and enabled.

Any input on this would be much appreciated.
