Viewing changes to tables manufacturing

Hi.
Our enterprise requires to maintain controls in processes, and therefore, need to know the historical changes made in F3002 BOMs, F3003 routings and F30008 rates. Currently only showing who was the user who made the last modification and not historical.
How can we display historical people who made these changes in the above tables ?.
