Columns in IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL table

Hi,

In the Oracle Payments Table (IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL) There are two sets of fields related to Payee. PAYEE_xxx and INV_PAYEE_xxx.

e.g. PAYEE_TAX_REGISTRATION_NUMBER and INV_PAYEE_TAX_REG_NUMBER

PAYEE_LE_REGISTRATION_NUMBER and INV_PAYEE_LE_REG_NUMBER

PAYEE_NAME and INV_PAYEE_NAME

What is the difference between these two sets of Fields. We noticed that in some cases, the values are same and in some other cases, the values are different.

Can anyone explain the difference in these columns. I checked in ETRM for the IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL but could not understand the differences.
