When will CS 9.0 be required to Upgrade to PT 8.54.02 or beyond?

We are currently 8.52.22 with CS 9.0 Bundle #34 and we are wishing to know when will our CS 9.0 be required because of CS continuous delivery model future Bundles have to go to PT 8.54.xx
