Session timeout in OTM 6.3.3 vs. OTM 6.1.6

In OTM 6.1.6 when the user session times out OTM generates the login screen to log back in.  In OTM 6.3.3 when the user session times out OTM generates an error message. "The session has timed out close out all windows and log back into the application" instead of the login prompt.

Is there a way to have OTM 6.3.3 behave like OTM 6.1.6 when the session times out.
