New MRP planned item does not show on ASCP workbench

Hi, When a new item is created and a fixed safety stock is entered, the item does not come up on ASCP workbench. Also when a manual forecast is entered for 1 EA for this item, it still does not show on workbench.What could be the reason?

I also noticed that this record is not there in MDS entries.
