Org chart error in HCM 9.1 - Error saving MS Excel file or Error Saving MS Visio file

Hi,

We are facing some issues with org chart functionality in HCM 9.1 environment (bundle #9, PT 8.52.03). MS Excel and MS Visio are installed on app and process scheduler, still the process HR_ORG_XPT gives message saying "Error Saving MS Visio file" (when run for Visio) or "Error Saving MS Excel" (when run for excel) and it doesn't create any org chart file (xls/vsd).

We have already checked solution given in Bug 13769033 : GETTING ERROR MESSAGE 'ERROR SAVING MS VISIO FILE' TRYING TO EXPORT ORG CHART TO but it didn't solved our problem.

Till now, we have observed this on environment where app and process scheduler servers are hosted on different machines.
