Generate Estimate button functionality in DR Technician Portal

Hello,

Want to check the functionality of the Generate Estimate button in DR technician portal. Trying to see, how this works.

Does  Generate Estimate button work the same way as the repair estimate tab in Repair Order Workbench. In Repair order workbench we can create estimate and imported to repair actuals tab  in RO workbench.

Attached screenshot for reference.

Any guidance/documentation on this will be helpful. DR User guide/Imp guide for R12.1.3 does not give much explanation on this.
