R12: ORA-01430: column being added already exists in some patches

Hi!

  We have an R12.1.2 instance in linux x86, and I was working in to upgrade it to 12.1.3.

While applying the patches, a lot of them give me the error: 

"

Error in executing statement ALTER TABLE APPLSYS.FND_SOA_REQUEST ADD ( LAST_UPDATED_BY NUMBER(15) NULL  )

Error message is ORA-01430: column being added already exists

Error code is    1430

"

I was just testing, so I skip them with the option 8 of the workers controller. But...

Why is not automatically skipped by autopatch if the column already exists? Or is a serius issue?

What do you think?
