cannot drilldown to subledger in FSG

When I try to drilldown in a FSG report by clicking View Transaction, it does not lead me back to the subledger.When I click on View Transaction, the screen does absolutely nothing. No error message but it seems it's preventing the java form popup. I'm thinking it must be either an issue with my Java or browser settings but could not locate where the issue is basing on Oracle notes I've read. It seems to be specific to my machine. Does anyone know how to fix this?
