cluvfy (cluster verification utility) got error out, cluvfy (cluster verification utility) got error

Hi Gurus,

Was trying to upgrade crs from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4, when trying to run cluvfy if fails with following error.

Performing pre-checks for cluster services setup

PRVG-0710 : CRS stack must be running on the local node for performing rolling upgrade.

./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -upgrade -n psfo-oradb3,psfo-oradb4 -rolling -src_crshome /opt/oracle/11gR1crs -dest_crshome /opt/oracle/11gR2crs -dest_version 11.2.0.4.0 -fixup -fixupdir /home/oracle/fixup -verbose

All cluster services are up and running no issues with the instances.  Tried to check couple of docid says about crs="true" but not worked.

Can u please help on this thanks in advance.
