Java form crashes out

Hi Team,

I am not sure if this is the right place for the issue which I am facing. If not please guide me the right place for this otherwise please assist me, its very URGENT.

Actually I am using Mozilla Firefox version 31 and IE 10 for Oracle apps 12.1.3 however, since yesterday not sure what is happening as soon as JAVA form open then it close down suddenly within a fraction of seconds. I re- installed the JAVA plugins also but still am I am facing this issue. Here I am on WIN 8 64 bit OS and processor. I never faced this issue earlier.
