Item template not applying for a item

Hi All,

While applying item template 'XXCAN DLT PURCHASE AMO ITEM' to a particular item, message is coming as 'The following attributes of the XXCAN DLT PURCHASE AMO ITEM Template were not copied: Locator Control, WIP Supply Locator.

What will be the reason for this. Find attached screenshot for this.
