Schedule ship date, arrival date not populating on sales order

Hi,

I am working on order management available to promise scenario, and schedule ship and arrival dates are not populating on the sales order. And also when i am checking availability window it is not showing request date quantity and gives error as Try ATP again Later as shown in below screen shot:

Please help me to solve this issue, your response will be appreciated.
