How to include a table format in upper/detail form in Unifier?

Myself is Abhilash.

I have a query in Unifier - Can we include a table (pictured below) in the upper or detail form in Unifier ?

Tasks	Deliverable	Responsibilty
Establish VPN connectivity	VPN Connectivity	comapny A, Company B
Environment Identification	Details of environment for migration	comapny A, Company B

I created separate data element for Task,Deliverable and Responsibility and put as three fields in the upper form but that seems not be working fine.

At present I add this as a line item, but the customer needs in a table format.
