How to automatically save process message at order line level

hI,

How to automatically save process message at order line level e.g

we have set reservation time fence to automatically reserve quantity if within schedule due date and if the quantity is not available system will popup one note that quantity failed to reserve quantity.

Once this note will popup system must save this message rather than user manual save this message note.
